The City of Rio Grande City is thrilled to announce the upcoming addition of Phó Houston Vietnamese Restaurant & Noodle Soup, which will offer residents a new and authentic dining experience. The restaurant will be located at 2546 Central Palm Drive, just off FM 3167, providing easy access for locals and visitors alike.
